Taco Lasagna
This recipe is simply amazing. It brings Taco Tuesday to a whole new level.
It’s like a collaboration of Italian and Mexican cuisine together that make for one KICKIN’ food dish!
If you’re looking for a fun, new recipe to change up your Taco Tuesday dinner, keep scrolling.
Whenever I make this, my husband usually eats not just a “second” dinner, but a “third”. Thankfully this makes one large pan worth because people, you’re gonna need it.

Enough of the writing, lets get to the recipe!

For my homemade enchilada sauce: you'll need: -2 TBSP butter -2 TBSP olive oil -1/2 packet of taco seasoning -1/2 packet of chili seasoning -3 TBSP flour -1 cup chicken broth -1 can tomato/pasta sauce -1/4 tsp garlic salt -(tomato paste/cornstarch if you want to thicken) Simply heat the butter and oil in a pan, once the butter is melted, add in the taco + chili seasonings until mixed well. Next, add the flour and stir to combine. Then, add the broth, tomato sauce and garlic salt. Mix well. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes. It should start getting thick. If the thickness isn't to your liking, you can add some tomato paste or even cornstarch).
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do! It’s fun to make + even easier to eat! 🙂
