Mason Jar Lids + PB+J Smoothie Recipe

Can I just say how awesome mason jars are? Around our home, we use them for many different things because they are so versatile!
Some examples of what we use them for are:
- drinking glasses
- decor
- coin keeper
- overnight oats container
- kitty treat holder
Those are just a small handful of ways we use them, but I know there are hundreds of other ideas!
One way that I didn’t mention in the list above is for SMOOTHIES!

Now, I’m sure we have all had a smoothie at some point in our life. If you’re anything like my husband and I, then you make them weekly, or almost daily.
One reason we love using these wide mouth mason jars for our smoothies is they hold over 3 cups worth. That means you can make a smoothie that can truly be used as a meal replacement and it will keep you full for a while. Another reason we enjoy using mason jars, is because they are easy to clean. It’s always easy to clean glass, plus I always feel better using glass.
A few weeks ago when I was making us a smoothie, my husband made a comment along the lines of, “I really wish I had a straw to drink my smoothie out of”.
So, shortly after, I decided to do an amazon search. And that’s when I came across these Mason Jar Lids!
These mason jar lids are AWESOME!! I am so excited to use them all summer long for all of our smoothies and summer beverages! They are super easy to clean, and super durable.
